FOUR - CHARMED MODELLING

I find myself torn between three pictures for the latest assignment. The task is to use clothing, poses and environment to represent your given season and I was given Winter. I love Winter; so cold and icy but when it came right down to it I wasn't quite sure what kind of pose would represent the idea of Winter. I personally think it's the best season and I'm happiest when there's a bitter chill on the wind... I figured that given Niwa's twisted personality he would also enjoy Winter so that was what I went for. Maybe it's inappropriate for the challenge but when I gave it a lot of thought and consideration I realized that if I made him dark/gloomy/aloof/cold it would've been... dull.





At the moment I'm gravitating towards number 1... but time will tell XD

THREE - NEW SIM

So the time has finally come. I present the first sim I have created that I have felt was up to the standard of being showcased since the culling process began.

TWO - WELL WELL WELL

So it looks like EA have claimed another victim. Coincidentally this one was probably not long before/after SimGuruHydra closed down her thread, thus cutting off any possible communications with the Gurus about it. The dictatorship on the forum is getting out of hand now. I'm seeing the same puissants posting negative, inflammatory comments and they get away with it yet someone like Firestar who has done absolutely nothing wrong (not that I can see anyway, I don't speak with them on the forum too often but I see their posts) has been banned without so much as a courtesy e-mail from EA.

Bad form. Seriously bad form.

I've been distracted with Heavy Rain as of late, I had been intending on actually posting a few things here and finally linking it to my sig on the forum but I just haven't gotten around to it. Things happen... awesome interactive movie games completely consume your life... yeah I am a total dork ^_^;

ONE - THIS IS IT

Well I've done it. I said that I would be looking elsewhere to showcase all of my sims and I felt that a blog was the best place to do it. Plus it also means that if I ever continue on with that legacy I started I have a place to post it that isn't on the forum so yay! Go me :D

Anyway I suppose I had best start with some introductions; I am twenty-one years old, English and I love video games. Until last year I was a big fan of the Sims series but given the way that EA have been handling things recently whilst my enthusiasm for the game itself hasn't waned my desire to give them any more of my hard earned money just so they can piss all over it has deminished right down to zero.

The main purpose of this blog is to showcase my sims as the completely idiotic, stupid, piss poor decision taken by SimGuruPopTart this weekend has put me completely against the exchange. I think it is bullshit that sims I spend hours creating could be taken down in a matter of weeks just because they aren't 'popular' whilst the true shit (those argument stories, stolen sims etc) are likely to stay.

So yes, have fun you guys, I hope you enjoy my creations as much as I enjoyed making them.
