NEW SIM - MITNICK EALRIAN

I haven't made a new sim in a while. He's been sat in my library half finished for the longest time but I finally felt inspired to finish him off.

His name is Mitnick Ealrian and he's a vampire ^_^

NEW SIM - KAIJI TATSUMI

I actually made him from the same template EA sim I used to make Shinu. I created Kaiji first (hence why their eyes are so similar) but because I hadn’t moved him into my game yet I abstained from uploading him.

I’m sorry that the pictures lack my usual style, I wasn’t feeling too well when I moved him in so his house isn’t furnished yet. I just posed him in front of the pretty wallpaper XDDD

Unlike Shinu, Kaiji is much softer and calmer. I did toy with the ideas of making them lovers because in my head they’re the complete opposite of one another – I still might actually, but for the time being he lives in a small Japanese-inspired suburban house away from the skyscrapers.


Funnily enough I was going to name him Kanji Tatsumi but I try not to steal both forenames and surnames from the same character. For anyone whose interested Kaiji is the name of a Japanese DVD released over here in the UK called Kaiji: The Ultimate Gambler. It wasn’t half bad either… if rather cheesy XD

NEW SIM - SHINU UTARAKI ^_^

I’m really not sure what’s been wrong with me lately – I’m on a bit of a creative streak. I’ve actually made two new sims but I’ve only moved one into my neighbourhood so far hence why I’ve only uploaded the one.

Perhaps it’s because I’ve started watching Gantz but I seem to be going through a streak of making shady-looking characters IMO.

His name is Shinu Utaraki and he lives in a crummy apartment complex in what is essentially a room with a bathroom.

NEW SIM ^_^ KIRA NOYUSA

This is the guy I was in the process of making about a day or so ago. As you can see I've changed his hair colour and made his skintone slightly less pale (it probably doesn't show up too well on the photos due to the lighting ^_^; ).

I need to stop using the Club Dance to make sims pose ^_^;

W00t! New layout. I was getting kinda' bored of the Blogger defaults so I scoured the internet and found this little beauty. The font is a little pale though considering the background is so dark but it's pre-set and won't let me change it. Ahh well.

As a general rule I don't use .Sims3Packs so my content should not transfer. I have also used a fair few facial sliders including the elf ear sliders from MTS. Provided you don't alter the structure of their faces it should be OK but the moment you do they'll just snap back to within the EA boundaries without the sliders installed.

I think I'll make them lovers in my game...

NEW SIMS - BLAINE & BLAIR STARWIND

Busy-busy-busy~. I finally got my computer to remember it has a DVD drive after a whopping 8 reboots ¬¬ poor ol' girl.

Anyway I've been feeling rather creative lately so in light of this I've made two more new sims to live on my motel lot... that I might actually turn into a really cheap, shitty apartment complex instead since I didn't want all the rooms to have the same decor which a motel probably would.

Blair and Blaine are twins who share a room at the motel/apartment. Blair is a hot-headed firecracker wheras Blaine is ice-cold. Both are pretty nasty bruisiers.

TWO NEW SIMS - WHOOPIE!

Megumi-chan is now uploaded onto my TS3 page on the main site. I also took a few more pictures with her finished apartment. Unfortunately I'm not sure what happened but my lighting became really buggy; even though I was using the same lights throughout and had a ceiling some of them refused to work. I'm wondering if it was the windows since the glass has this unusual sheen to it...

Anyway I demolished the lot since taking these pictures and I decided to make Megumi a boyfriend in CAS as opposed to having her steal one of my other simmie's for her own.

(Gnah - bad picture! Though a paparazzi's dream I imagine - I can just picture this in Heat magazine with a big red circle XD)

She would not stop pulling that stupid face. It's not cute and it was deeply annoying XD

I just wanted a full length shot. See what I mean about the windows? Why are they reflecting the colour of the floor anyway? I'm sure the EA windows don't do that.

Soul Kijiro - her poor sucker of a boyfriend XD I'll get some proper in-game shots of him when I make their new house.

NEW SIM; MEGUMI-CHAN

Yo! Dark here with a preview of a brand new simmie. Since the impromtu death and ressurrection of my computer I haven't really felt much like simming. Plus it took over an hour to load my game the last time I ran it (I think that's what having 1.5gb of CC does to an old relic of a machine ^_^; ) - I'm hoping to get some more RAM to tied me over until I get the new computer since it certainly isn't disk space causing the problem XD;

Her name is Megumi Kusanagi. I've loosely based her off a character from an anime I have gotten rather into lately; Shiki. Megumi is childish, a hopeless romantic, mean spirited... and I'm a numpty and can't remember what other traits I gave to her ^_^;

Absolutely loving that new Loud set on the store. It's about time EA brought out something more edgy as opposed to all that themed fifties crap. The top is from the Loud store set, the skirt is base game, the boots are also from the Loud store set and the suspenders/tights are from Lemon Leaf - they're part of the maid outfit but they can be installed seperately - although for some reason you can't recolour the suspender part... something that frustrates me deeply because I'm anal about having all my stuff matching. (Her apartment is unfinished - hence why the background objects look so randomly coloured)

She's a fully finished sim. The only reason why I don't have an upload link is because I'm an idiot and thought I'd sent her to the launcher when I didn't *facepalm*. It's getting late now so I'll upload her sometime tomorrow provided I can get on the game.

In other news; I went to see Scott Pilgrim vs The World tonight. It was freakin' awesome! I mean it was showing in a crappy screen because there are too many big box office movies on at the moment but still... it was epic!

FIFTY-ONE - NEW RESIDENT

Well my game has been an absolute bitch tonight but I finally got it done. I'm really pleased with how this lot has turned out. I only have one sim living there at the moment; Reno has an apartment on the ground floor.



The dining room; I just had to have that skull in there somewhere. Unfortunately it kind of took up a lot of space on the table.

Reno's apartment is situated in a somewhat rough neighbourhood; he's on a shoddy wage at best but that doesn't stop him from buying the most expensive HD TV and games console.

Not to mention funding his side-hobby.

While I was busy shooting pictures of his home I had left the game unpaused and he randomly started to cry. Given that I've made it look as though he's either failed to clean up after a party or has a drinking problem (for no other reason than fooling around without the gridlocking on - I can't believe I've only just figured out how to do this) the above shot gave me some ideas as to where I wanted to take his character.

Reno isn't up for download just yet. I want to adjust his traits and give him a proper backstory.
